I have had Jeff and his staff work on my last three Mercedes. I have never been disappointed in the service I have received. They take time with each customer to make sure everything is perfect before the car is returned to the owner. I just had Servicing A and air conditioning service and my car drives like a dream! I've been bringing my E550 to Jeff's for about 7 years. I credit them with bringing to my attention a production problem that Mercedes was just becoming aware (that resulted in a class action lawsuit suit) and suggesting that I make the fix. It saved my car and motor from going to the scrap heap. Ever since they are the only people who service my creampuff. They are honest fair and forward thinking in proactive service.
