We were referred to Jeff by our trusted mechanic Don at Ace Auto Pros in Culver City. Jeff accessed the issues with our car and concluded that they were likely covered by our extended warranty at Santa Monica BMW. HE then called SM BMW and talked to the service guy there, so he would be expecting us. Talk about HONESTY! Jeff could have easily tried to convince us to spend a ton of $$ on repairs at his shop. But instead he sent me to BMW. I thanked Jeff for his honesty and told him that I'll now be a lifelong customer. I'll bring my car here from now on.
