Santa Monica and West Los Angeles Mercedes Repair

Though I was cursed with a true "lemon," Jeff, Todd, & their crew, keep my piece of cr*p purring like a kitten! With nearly 180,000 miles, they NEVER do any work that is excessive, yet always let me know when something cannot be overlooked. Let's face it: those of us who decide to drive the Mercedes are destined to drop serious coin on repairs & maintenance. It hurts like hell- no way around that. Jeff & crew are there to make the pain tolerable. Amen to that!!!

What a breath of fresh air. After dealing with the Mercedes dealer throughout the term of my warranty, I found Jeff's Auto Service. Jeff and his crew are responsive, fast and helpful and all at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Jeff's Auto Service. I've finally found an auto mechanic that I can trust.

went in because a brake pad sensor warning came up. jeff worked around my schedule for dropoff and pickup, the work was excellent as always, and i only needed rear pads, not fronts or all the rest. how many other places would tell you that you only need rears when it would be easy and profitable to do all 4? jeff and his guys have been treating me right for 10+ years now and my mercedes won't go anywhere else!

Excellent, professional, thorough and timely service on my wife's mercedes. Jeff and his staff diagnosed the starting problem, fixed the problem, and performed the regular maintenance service due on the car in one day! Very knowledgeable owner and service staff.

I found myself on the side of the 10 with my car smoking. It was the middle of morning rush hour and the stress was high. I called AAA and had them tow it to Jeff's where he happily received the my BMW 528i. He quickly diagnosed it got me into a rent a car so I could make it for the rest of the days work. He finished the car that day and I was able to pick it up the next morning. He had to replace the water pump with thermostat belts tensioners, etc. He got the car back to me in time for the holiday weekend where i proceeded to drive to big sur some 310 miles each way. The car performed beautifully

I have been taking my MB to Jeff's since I moved out to LA 2 years ago. I was worried that it would be hard to find an honest service shop, but found Jeff. Jeff is amazing, and provides an incr)edible level of customer service and care. I highly recommend Jeff's Auto Service to everyone who drives a Mercedes in SoCal (which is just about everyone)!

Both of my visits to Jeff were fantastic. His prices were the best I found and he was fast and very friendly. As a new Mercedes owner and new to LA, I could not have asked for a better experience. Sadly I've moved from LA, but I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in the future.
