My car stopped and wouldn’t turn back on, leaving us stranded on a busy LA road on a Friday afternoon. I just moved to the area and didn’t know who to tow my car to that I could trust. I Googled shops and started calling- Louie answered and after talking to many other shops, felt Louie’s shop was the one I could trust. Louie stayed later on a Friday to wait for us to get there with AAA and my car. Louie was very thorough and left no stone unturned. He kept me informed on the status of my car and had it back to me working wonderfully asap. He was very transparent and fair in pricing as well. Highly recommend! So glad I found my new repair shop for my Mercedes!
