They don't try to pressure you into unnecessary services to increase your spending (which I have had issues with at other places...). 10/10 recommend going to them for anything and everything car related!

I have an older 2010 C300 and have been going to Jeff's for the last 4-5 years for all my check-up and maintenance. Both Jeff and Louie will try to find parts at the most reasonable cost, and give you an honest/fair answer for what you really need fixed and when, which I appreciate, especially as maintenance becomes more expensive the older a car gets. Whenever there's a check engine light on, or I need to go in, they are flexible and will accommodate and have me come in. Thank you Jeff's Auto!

You never have to bring your car to Mercedes, Jeff's did a great job, almost ended up with a new car despite my SL 500 being 15 years old. Louie couldn't be more helpful. Job well done, on time with no surprises

I needed a new battery and my usual mechanic in the valley couldn't get to it in a timely manner. The dealership wanted my car for 3 hours and quoted $600-800! I live in "the valley" and had business on the Westside so everything lined up perfect with my hectic schedule to have Jeff's Mercedes do the work. Very pleased!
