Went to Secret MBZ last week for first time for Schedule B maintence. Louie quoted a price which was a lot lower than the dealer and that is what I paid. During the inspecection, they discovered a few other areas where maintence was overdue (eg, spark plug replacments) and Louie emailed a description of their discoveries and what it entailed and a price quote for each. His explanations were very clear but there was no pressure to do them. What was nice is you could either call or select from the email if you wanted any, all or none of the additional services done. The car is running great and I recommend that you go here and save hundreds of dollars instead of the draler.

I found the business owner very helpful and friendly. As a female I felt comfortable and not intimidated at all. The price and service were very reasonable and I will recommend them to my friends.

We took our 2018 GLA250 to an MB dealer for regular service. We told them we would also like them to check the control center (the radio and controls which are integrated into the car as it was working very infrequently) They came back with a list of items that the car may need in the next 6 months. We took the regular service but decided to shop for a new garage for the rest of the work. We found the Secret MBZ Garage in Santa Monica. They handled the work professionally, rapidly and for far lower cost. We will bring our car here in the future whenever it may need service. You should as well! Thanks to Jeff, Louis and all the Secret MBZ Garage people that got our car back to its former self.

As a first time customer, I found George and Louie to be exceptionally kind and professional. I now have a place to take my 1998 SL500 other than the dealership, who will expertly fix my car without charging me an arm and a leg. Outstanding work!

If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. I was an hour away from home and my C-300 lights up with a malfunction. They were so kind. Got me right in, fixed the problem within an hour and had me back on the road. Then followed up with a thank you text later. The type of customer service you don't see now days. Thank you so much for your help and kindness! 🙏 🩵

Thank you so much, Louie and team! This garage is literally the best place I have ever encountered. Very reasonable prices, Professional and knowledgeable staff, very communicative and respectful. This is probably the only place where I was not talked down to or disrespected or treated like I know nothing. I'll be back with any future MB needs. Thank you so much!
