This very professional family operation always comes through with top Service. My CLK has had some problems that other shops were not able to fix but Jeff always breaks it down to simple terms and never tries to oversell. Louie his new front desk person is also a pro... simple to the point and fixed with no drama. I keep going back.

Jeff's has performed excellent diagnosis and service on my slk 230 as well as my Audi S4. They know Mercedes problems extremely well and you can expect a fair estimate and an expert repair. They get my highest recommendation.

the locks and other vacuum related features of my car suddenly stopped working, so i went to Jeff. he was afraid it was the vacuum pump, which would have been really expensive. instead it was just a wire that came loose. i'm sure there are folks out there who would replaced the pump, out of greed or incompetence, but Jeff and his guys just fixed the wire, and for an hour and a half of labor, i was on my way. you can't beat Jeff!

needed a quick fix on headlight and foglight and just drove up because i was in the neighborhood. it was close to five, but jeff had one of his technicians drop the lights in one two three and didn't even charge me for labor. pretty sweet
